Access to the ESSEC Business school - Cergy :

By train (RER)

You have to take the A line (the red one). You'll have to stop at the CERGY PREFECTURE station.

You can take this train in the following stations for exemple : NATION, GARE DE LYON, CHATELET LES HALLES, AUBER, CHARLES DE GAULLE ETOILE. You have to take the train headed towards CERGY LE HAUT and to go down on the CERGY PREFECTURE station (about 45 minutes from Chatelet station). When you are arrived at the Cergy-Prefecture station, you have to go right towards the bus station. Go straight on the Avenue La poste) during 300m and you will see the ESSEC's entrance.

You have to take the ORLYVAL until ANTONY. You have to take the train RER B (blue line) until Chatelet. Then, you have to take the train RER A headed towards CERGY LE HAUT until CERGY PREFECTURE station.

 NB : Cergy is one hour far from Paris by train, so we recommend you to be lodged in Cergy on the Wednesday and Thursday's nights.

About the communications :

The communications will last between 25 and 30 minutes according to the number of speakers for each table. At the end of the session, there will be questions during 20 minutes. You must contact the president of your table for more information.

SECURITY INFORMATIONS :

-You're not allowed to enter the Quai Branly Museum with suitcases or big bags. All the bags will be checked twice by the security services. In order to do so, we ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes before the beginning of the conference.

-In the ESSEC Business school of Cergy, you can enter with your suitcases but they will be checked and kept by the security services (luggage storage). Please send an e-mail to colloque2016@institutdesameriques to inform the organization committee that you will have a suitcase.
